Tutorial-How I Download

Well everyone wants to try to download torrents, here is a easy guide to how I download.(click the links to get the programs)

Step 1: Make sure you have a good package with your Internet service provider. i have a cap of 60 gigs so i know i cant go over if i do it costs extra money i don't have. So please make sure you have a nice enough package that suits your downloading needs. Also a lot of Internet service providers offer better download rates the higher you go, right now i download at 14 Kb per second which is perfect for me.

Step 2: Now you will need a downloading program. You can either use Utorrent or Vuze. I find Utorrent to be the easiest to use for new down loaders. You always want to install and update these platforms because obviously over time the fix issues that may or may not effect you.

Step 3: Here it starts to get tricky......when you search for torrent try to make sure you don't download anything over a 1.5 gigs. a typical show is around 300 Kb and a typical movie should be 700 Kb. Also make sure you only download AVI files, other file formats could get tricky and hard too burn and no RAR or split torrents.

Step 4: Burn with Convert X to DVD

    • Open ConvertXtoDVD. This can be done by double-clicking the desktop icon. If you do not currently own it, you can purchase a copy or download a demo from the link provided in Resources.
    • Drag and drop the video file you want to convert to DVD into the main window.
    • Place the blank writable DVD into the DVD burner.Click the "Convert" button. The video will now be converted to DVD format and then automatically burned onto the writable DVD.
